Customer care

Every Zetaly customer is assigned two named contacts. The Account Executive handles contractual and financial matters and is the point of contact for scoping solutions against your objectives and priorities. The Account Manager guides your teams through practical implementation, focusing on the use cases and features relevant to your environment, and can arrange predefined or customized services.

Zetaly shares the name, email address and phone number of both contacts with each client at the start of the engagement.
