Zetaly is seeking a Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to the execution of marketing programs. Someone who has extensive marketing experience, can build and tactically execute plans, and has experience in demand generation. The right candidate will have B2B enterprise software expertise and is a team player who knows how to influence, partner, and get things done. You can easily balance taking a data-driven, analytical approach to marketing with a more creative, innovative approach. You would be known for strong delivery and getting results with an awareness of ROI.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual campaign plan, including product launches, digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and sales enablement activities.
  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead acquisition, lead nurturing, and deal closure. Track and optimize campaign performance.

  • Develop client relationships to create reference materials, such as testimonials and case studies.
  • Strategically develop and execute marketing activities and content to support sales team’s efforts, including sales narratives and competitive battle cards (positioning, messaging, personas, and value propositions).
  • Strategically develop and execute marketing activities to support partners.
  • Develop a content plan and manage a technical writer to produce compelling external product content including white papers, eBooks, website content, and email content.
  • Support analyst relations to build awareness, educate, and establish Zetaly as the market leader.
  • Develop internal and external industry event plans. Manage conference coordinator consultant to organize and manage industry events.
  • Design, implement, and optimize our ABM strategy, to accelerate our pipeline and grow existing accounts.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, SOW (scope of work), and budget.
  • Measure and track campaign results against agreed objectives and KPIs.

 

Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ overall marketing experience with 3 years of marketing experience in a related field.
  • Expertise across a spectrum of demand generation techniques (email, digital marketing, website, ABM, content syndication, events, etc.).
  • Experience developing, managing, and executing multichannel marketing and demand generation campaigns.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented in managing full mix of multi-channel buyer-journey marketing campaigns to drive awareness and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Analytically minded with a focus on target attainment.
  • Experience in working closely with creative and agency resources in support of campaign development and execution.
  • Experience working with CRM & Marketing automation platforms, including campaign and lead management and reporting.
  • Budget and project management skills.
  • Ability to write copy for a range of promotional materials. Proficient in French and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing priorities. Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing.
